Send it where the work happens.

Milago turns a meeting into owned cards, decisions and a recap. These are the places it can send them — and every one of them talks back, so the board stays true without anyone retyping status.

Work trackers

A reviewed card is sent once and becomes an issue. From then on the tracker owns the card’s status — a change there moves the card here, and a board move becomes a transition there.

Jira

Every plan

Create an issue in the project you choose, or link an existing one by key. Jira’s status category drives the card — To Do, In Progress, Done — and a refused transition is flagged on the card, never silently reverted.

Linear

Every plan

Create issues in a team of your choice with a default per project, so approving a card can file it automatically. Linear’s workflow state type keeps the card in step, in both directions.

GitHub

Every plan

File a card as an issue, or run it in GitHub: the Claude Code Action picks the issue up in your CI and the pull request it opens closes the card on your board.

Messaging

After each meeting the recap is drafted for your channel — approved items only, and you post it. Nothing goes out on its own.

Slack

Every plan

Post the recap to a channel with a Done button on every action item; pressing one marks the card done and updates its tracker. Get your pre-meeting brief — what was promised last time — by DM.

Microsoft Teams

Every plan

Post the recap to a channel as an Adaptive Card with links back to the meeting and the board. Sign in with a work or school account.

AI coding agents

Send to → an agent on any card copies a prompt with the task, the decision behind it and the exact moment in the meeting that created it. The agent reports progress back over MCP and the card moves as it works.

Claude Code

Every plan

One URL and a sign-in connects Claude Code, Claude Desktop and claude.ai to your meetings; the handoff prompt does the rest.

Setup guide

Cursor

Every plan

An API key in one JSON block — reliable where Cursor’s OAuth is not, and the same config works in its cloud agents.

Setup guide

Codex

Every plan

One codex mcp add registers Milago for the CLI, the IDE extension and the Codex app at once; the key stays in an environment variable.

Setup guide

Any MCP client

Milago is a hosted MCP server. Anything that speaks the protocol can search your meetings, ask a question across all of them, read the board and report on a task — the same tools Claude Code, Cursor and Codex use. MCP setup guide

Trackers and messaging are included from the Pro plan. GitHub and the AI coding agents are on every plan, including Free. Compare plans
