Can I try Milago for free?
Yes! The Free plan includes 2 hours of bot recording + 1 hour of local recording (browser, desktop, or mobile) per month. No credit card required.
What if I run out of hours?
Starter and Pro plans can buy extra hours anytime (Business includes unlimited hours). Bot hour packs start at ₹649 for 5 hours, recording hour packs at ₹499 for 10 hours. Credits never expire and roll over to the next month.
What is the difference between bot and local recording?
There are two ways to capture a meeting, and they share one simple rule: a bot either joins, or it doesn’t. Bot recording: Milago joins your Zoom/Meet/Teams call as a participant — hands-free, nothing to install. Local recording: you capture the meeting yourself — from the browser, the Milago Desktop app (botless mic + system audio, no one joins the call), or the mobile app — great for in-person meetings, platforms bots can’t join, or when you want full privacy and control. Browser, desktop, and mobile all draw from the same local-recording pool. Both methods produce the same AI summary, tasks, and insights.
What meeting platforms are supported?
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoTo Meeting, Slack Huddles, BlueJeans, and Whereby.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and API keys with SHA-256. We never use your data for AI training. You own your data and can export or delete it anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, access continues at the current tier until the end of your billing period.
How does billing work?
You can pay monthly or save 20% with annual billing. We accept UPI, cards, and net banking via Razorpay.
What is MCP integration?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect Milago to AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor today, with Codex coming soon. Your AI assistant can search meetings, get summaries, and manage tasks directly.
