Starter and Pro plans can buy extra hours anytime (Business includes unlimited hours). Bot hour packs start at ₹649 for 5 hours, recording hour packs at ₹499 for 10 hours. Credits never expire and roll over to the next month.

There are two ways to capture a meeting, and they share one simple rule: a bot either joins, or it doesn’t. Bot recording: Milago joins your Zoom/Meet/Teams call as a participant — hands-free, nothing to install. Local recording: you capture the meeting yourself — from the browser, the Milago Desktop app (botless mic + system audio, no one joins the call), or the mobile app — great for in-person meetings, platforms bots can’t join, or when you want full privacy and control. Browser, desktop, and mobile all draw from the same local-recording pool. Both methods produce the same AI summary, tasks, and insights.

Yes, on every plan, including Free. Send a reviewed card to Jira or Linear and it becomes an issue whose status flows back to the board (and board moves become transitions there), or add it to a Notion database whose Status property syncs the same way; save each meeting to Notion as a page; post the meeting recap to Slack or Teams with a Done button on every action item, and get your pre-meeting brief by Slack DM. So are GitHub issues and the AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
